Membership
It's easy to become a member of HBSC.
Just Click on the link below to open up the membership application and Liability Waiver forms,
fill them out and return them, along with a check as indicated, to the address on the form.
Note: Applicant must be 21 years or older
In order to view the Membership Application, Liability Waiver and the Policies and Procedures you will need to have the latest version of Adobe Reader or Foxit PDF reader
(if installing Foxit or Adobe, do not install Toolbar options.) You can download either for free by clicking the icon below.
Note Foxit uses less resources on computer
